Spider-Man sighted in swamp

What appears to be Spider-Man aiding a person in distress, whilst people stand about nonchalantly.

While reviewing photographs from my most recent psychogeographic expedition (report to be filed soon) I spotted what appears to be Spider-Man coming to someone's aide.

This occured at 2.37pm on Sunday, July 26 at the terraformed mouth of the Moonee Ponds Coal Canal (creek) near Ron Barassi Snr park - part of the area known as Dudley Flats.

I am as surprised as you are. I am not aware of any previous connection between Spider-Man, or any other masked vigilante, and the West Melbourne Swamp.
